Shipping Policy

 

We ship most items except furniture,  unusually bulky pieces, or items indicated as a pickup only item on the product description page.  Those that can't be shipped will be available for pickup in Silver Spring, MD.  If you would like to reserve something that can't be shipped, please add it to your cart, select 'Store Pickup (Walk In)' for shipping, pay online, and contact us to schedule your pick-up date and time.  If you would like to visit us to check them before making a decision, please email us at info@orionsatic.com or click here and leave your phone number where we can reach you. 


Store Pick-up (Walk in) is also available for any products under the Art.  


Available shipping method includes United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.


 

International Shipping


Orion's Attic gladly accepts orders from all around the world and all of the items, except store pick-up only items as specified above, can be shipped as long as USPS or UPS service is available for the destination country.  Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.


Please note that you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and comply with all regulations of the destination country.


 

Return Policy


If the item is damaged from shipping or is different from what was described and presented, please contact us as soon as possible.  We ask that you email us a digital image of the damage.  Once your claim is substantiated, we will send you instructions for returning the item as well as refund your full payment, including shipping cost.  


If you would like to return the item you purchase simply because you changed your mind, you may do so but you would be fully responsible for shipping cost and processing fee (10% of the product price).
